HOW TO GET RID OF URINE SMELL IN TRUCK CARPET?

Presenting this subject is not an effort to upset more sensitive readers but a cry for HELP!!! My truck may haul some of my classmates in less than two weeks. PROBLEM: A strong smell of peepee from personal urinal leaks in the floor. Can anyone suggest a lifesaving way to eliminate the odor. Scrubbing with soap and water and hanging floor mat to air out didn't seam to help. The carpet needs treating also. THANX(SP)
