USES FOR "BLINKY" MILK?

A half gallon of "Best if used by 12/23/11)" skim milk awaited my 1:30 a.m. 1/07/12 return home. Now, how to make the best tasting use of it short of feeding it to the cats, 'possums, 'coons? What do you suggest?

We've used flavored syrup and hot cocoa mix with okay but not spectacular results Mixed with commercially made egg nog, heavy on the nog, should work. In past years, we've cut egg nog with milk. This year our son suggested cutting nog with water. That worked well with up to 1-1/2 parts water to 1 part nog.
