However, France utilizes more market-based ideas than most people realized. Copayment rates for most services are 10%-40%. About 92% of French residents have complementary private health insurance.

Wish I could help. I will put a feeler out on my international support group and see if anyone from France is on it. Right now I am working with moms from UK, India, and Australia, and US. I do know that a mother with a child with a severe type of genetic disorder is having to wait 8 months to see a specialist after the baby is born. With the type of disorder it has, it could die before then. She is scared to death because the baby will not eat and it appears the type medical nutrition is available in US but not UK. I am searching for some for her now.
