If you've read Sunday's Your Life: Health section, then you'd know that I'm about to open my life and gut to all our readers as I embark on my latest, (and hopefully final) weight loss journey.

I'm looking for a lifestyle change and I want you all to be there watching my every move.

I have decided in order to get serious about my struggle with weight loss, I have to change how I view food and exercise. Plus, I decided to bare myself to the thousands of watchful eyes of our loyal readers.

For the past five years, I've done unrealistic diets that have made me lose weight but then made me gain more and I've almost passed out from trying to hard.

Well I say enough diets, I'm looking for a way to change my mindset and my life. Luckily, my blood pressure and blood sugar are all in check. But genetics don't lie. Many in my family have diabetes or issues that stem from obesity.

I want to break that trend.

So my point?

I will be embarrassingly posting a front, side and back photo of my body every Monday for the next year.

This is a personal project, but I really want this to be a community forum for anyone trying to get their life on track. I feel I need to be real and candid with our readers to help motivate myself and others.

My starting weight is 210 pounds and I don't want to name a goal weight because I'm not sure what lies ahead. Tentatively, I'd like to be 150. Not sure if that's probable.

My exercise will consist of one hour of cardio and strength training on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with days off on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Here is my schedule for this week:

Monday:OFF

Tuesday: 2 mile interval training. .25 -- Jog .50 -- Sprint .75 -- Jog 1 mile -- Sprint 1.25 -- Walk 1.50 -- Jog 1.75 -- Walk 2 mile -- Jog

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 2 mile interval training. .25 -- Jog .50 -- Sprint .75 -- Jog 1 mile -- Sprint 1.25 -- Walk 1.50 -- Jog 1.75 -- Walk 2 mile -- Jog

Friday -- OFF

Saturday: 2 mile interval training. .25 -- Jog .50 -- Sprint .75 -- Jog 1 mile -- Sprint 1.25 -- Walk 1.50 -- Jog 1.75 -- Walk 2 mile -- Jog

Sunday -- OFF

I will eat what I want to eat, but try and switch up what I eat and obviously try and make healthier choices.

Now for the hard part. I'm doing this for everyone, not just myself. I've accepted that I want to change my body. Now it's time to take charge.

Front (Excuse the crooked mouth, I wasn't facially ready for the camera, haha.)
