Who doesn't, right?

I salute Advocate staffers Aprill Brandon, Frank Tilley and Bill Clough who all made the lives of our readers a little brighter the past couple of days. If you missed their recent contributions, I encourage you to take a look. The time you spend will be well worth it.

Aprill took a routine annual assignment on Black Friday and turned it into an instant classic. Be sure to read to the end where she describes tired shopper Luke Stevens.

While you're there, be sure to click on photo editor Frank Tilley's audio slide show set to the William Tell Overture. If you didn't brave the pre-dawn hours of Black Friday, you'll be thankful after viewing this.

For a break from all the commercial aspects of the season, click on multimedia news director Bill Clough's essay on autumn. It's truly magical.

    It was on Christmas Day I believe, I was horrified.  Please, not another story like that.

    I'll have to go back and look at last year's feature. Bill really isn't too much of a curmudgeon. Perhaps he'll do an extra sweet Christmas piece to make up for last year. How did you like his autumn essay?
