• Plum and Cleric,

Clearly, you're both early adopters. I wonder whether others will catch on and move Twitter more into the mainstream. I see it as having exciting possibilities if more people would post about things going on around town. For example, I Tweeted about the Memorial High game the other night and added a photo. I also Tweeted about the Bluebonnet dinner last night and added two photos. It can be a fun and easy way to report what's happening. Of course, I may just be strange and have too much time on my hands. :)

  • I've been using Twitter for ages, simply because it's cute and easy and fun. I like to trade snarky messages back and forth sometimes, or let people know when i'm not at home. If i'm taking a nap, I put it up there so people who call me know not to bother calling at certain times. I follow pretty much everyone who lists themselves as being from Victoria. But not many people from around here update it.

However its sometimes not very reliable. I don't always get an email that I have a new follower, or that I have a direct message. Also, there's so much traffic, roughly a third of the time it wont even load. But its still cute and fun, and something to do. I enjoy it.

  • I love twitter, although I would probably not have my tweets fed on here as some of them are not... how should we say, child friendly?  haha  It's not all potty mouth stuff but there is an off color word/joke every now and then.
