Well, I did it! I'm now an Advocate blogger! I call my blog Ni Howdy, a play on the Chinese for hello, Ni Hao. I've decided to blog about China from the Texas perspective, something that I don't necessarily do on my main blog. I'm actually quite excited about this. I've got lots of great ideas! Thanks for the suggestion!
The combination of community and technology hold tremendous potential. Through Twitter, I also found you and your delightful blog. Thank you again for the praise there for our Fatal Funnel series. I hope you also will consider blogging on our site and sharing your view of China with your community here.
This is why I love Twitter. I'm not even sure how I ended up following you on Twitter, but I did and when I saw the link I was intrigued! I enjoyed the spelling bee and I hope the Advocate will continue to broadcast events! Being fairly isolated in China allows me to see the importance of community and technology.
