kick with a pointed cowboy boot between the legs should calm her aggressiveness some!
Hiss, Hiss, Hiss, meow, meow. Come on people, that is the way soccer is. I know, I know, dirty is a good word to describe this person but soccer is an emotional game. There are no time outs and as you can tell, all of this happened after BYU scored, so this girl got emotional as any player would do if they are getting ready to be eliminated. Once again, there are not water breaks, you go in and you fight for 45 minutes before you get your break. The beauty of the game, nothing but emotions.
No, N45.....I also don't want to see her punching someone in the back when they aren't even playing, they were just standing there! She reminded me of Tanya Harding....

if the video clips are true she is a dirty player. the consequence for her actions should be acute and harsh.
look at this incident last week in football...http://www.nowpublic.com/sports/brand...
ESPN said that after the school reviewed many of her games, she always played like that and suspended her indefenitly. Good ridance, she deserves alot more the just a suspension.
The look on her face during all her flagrant fouls spoke a thousand words....mean, nasty, hateful girl. Not pretty.
It's bad enough males professional athletes get away with the grabage they do, we should now lower the bar for women & college players? Wrong is wrong & she was WRONG multiple times just during that game!
Looks like a cat fight to me!
Again, I'm not making any excuses for her actions. She deserves to be punished. The ESPN columnist, though, writes about the differing ways society views violence committed by male athletes vs. female athletes.
more context my butt! what that little monster who wasn't raised properly did and did on digital, HD video, in my book was not only over the top, but likely in all 50 states, prosecutable as a felony assault. Not only should should she be barred from collegiate sports, she should be in jail, awaiting the parents that were absent the day they taught fair play, anger management, and oh.......right from wrong in parenting school. Did youneglect to notice the expression on the little monster's face when she yanked the other player's pony tail, risking potentially causing spinal cord damage?
Oooohhh it's sexist to criticize her....not! The punches to the back...ok whatever...the braid...over the top definately but when she grabbed that girls leg while she was kicking/running...that is downright WRONG, dangerous & could've ruined that girls soccer days forever! Rough play goes with physical sports, but playing downright dirty should never be condoned, regardless of sex!
That was my first reaction. However, this ESPN column provides a little more context:http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/column...
It wasn't just the one dirty play...it was many in that game...she's a bully who deserved to get indefinately suspended.
One other thought: Isn't it rather sexist for this conduct to be referred to as "cat fighting?" I've seen plenty of clips of male athletes fighting and never heard their actions described in such a way.
