Wow, I didn't know Posterous existed. I saw the picture "Stay Away Alex." Reminded me that my wife came home from work one day and thought the sign rude. She asked, "Who is Alex? and Why should he stay away?" I had to remind her that there was a storm brewing...brewing, brewing (as those words are typed I am reminded that I need to stop by HEB on the way home from work)!

I like the Posterous blog too, here's the link to it: http://advocate.posterous.com/. It's so easy to submit your photos and videos to it, just e-mail them to post@advocate.posterous.com. Quick and easy for those sending from their mobile devices.

So true. Our digital wizards also are working on a way to e-mail photos to Your Photo. We really want to make it easier for people to send us photos from their phones. That's how I shoot most of my photos these days.

I'd like to see the VicAd's Posterous site used and touted more frequently - it's a great tool!

I love seeing the photos that readers submit. Simple shots from around town or images that locals take while traveling are my favorites. I can live vicariously through others while I'm stuck here catching up on laundry. I'll go put my POC pics up.

Good idea. We might sneak in a "how I spent my summer vacation" contest in between this one and that one.

Next contest--"First Day of School" pictures. Every parent takes them, and they are always cute.
