How long have you been in business in the Crossroads?

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health began providing residential programs in Victoria in 1959. In 1996, Devereux developed a horticulture program for our adult residents with intellectual and mental health disabilities. We started with one greenhouse, and over the course of 23 years we have expanded and updated our facilities to include eight greenhouses.

What would you consider to be the key to your success?

The opportunities our facility has been able to provide to our adult clients has been tremendous and encourages positive therapeutic results for our residents. Devereux Gardens Growing Center provides a front door to the community for Devereux’s overall mission of providing high-quality human services and changing lives.
