The Victoria Hurricanes are hoping to make two trips to Memorial Stadium on Saturday.
The Hurricanes (10-0) will resume their suspended Crossroads Amateur Football League playoff game against the Austin Vipers (9-2) at 11:30 a.m.
There is no charge for admission to the game.
A win would put the Hurricanes into the South Conference championship game against the defending CRAFL champion Houston Ducks (11-0) at 7:30 p.m.
The Hurricanes had a 6-0 lead over the Vipers at halftime when power went out at Memorial Stadium.
After waiting over an hour, the teams decided to reschedule the rest of the game.
The Hurricanes scored on a 20-yard pass from Cordero “Showtime” Williams to Shawn Bryant that followed a blocked punt.
The Hurricanes preserved the lead when Laken Williams intercepted a pass on the 1-yard line less than a minute before halftime.
For the 7:30 p.m. game, tickets are $5 and those under the age of 10 will be admitted free of charge.
