This holiday season at the movies will not disappoint.  So let's not digress and just take a look now at what's playing as well as what is already playing.  Be sure to click the movie titles to watch the official movie trailers.

 A Bad Moms Christmas

  Nov. 3rd

I haven't seen this movie yet, but I did see the first Bad Moms. The movie was funnier than I thought it was going to be.  I can say with confidence that the second Bad Moms movie will be as well.  I mean look at the talent that they brought in, The Christine Baranski, Susan Sarandon, Cheryl Hines to play the moms...genius.

Thor: Ragnarok

 Nov. 3rd

This movie was amazing! It kept everyone in the theater laughing the whole way through.  The Marvel movies always come through.  You have to admit that.  You must go see this movie.  Just take a moment to escape from the world and have some very good laughs.  The original cast keeps coming back for more.  I love that!  They are so good together.  Go see it!

The Last Flag Flying

 Nov. 3rd

I would have never of thought to see these three together in a movie, but it works.  This is a dramedy.  It's a good story with dramatic elements told with humor.  It is a definite must see.

Daddy's Home 2

 Nov. 10th

The first movie was hilarious, and this one will be, too.  Pairing up Will Farrell and Mark Wahlberg was comedy fun.  Pairing each up with John Lithgow and Mel Gibson is too much comedy fun.

Justice League

 Nov. 17th

Fans have been waiting for this to happen, DC and Marvel alike.  It comes out November 17th so it's just around the corner.

The Star

 Nov. 17th

Steven Yeun who played Glenn on The Walking Dead is now playing a very special donkey in this new retelling of the nativity story that both adults and kid will enjoy.  Watch the trailer and check out the cast in this movie.  It is full of enjoyable talent.  It tells this important story in such a way that it will capture and keep the attention of the kids.  My son has already voiced that he wants to see it, and he is pickier than I am.

Wonder

 Nov. 17th

This is an awesome story about an awesome little kid told by an awesome cast.  I'm it will be a tear-jerler but in a good heartwarming way.

Coco

 Nov. 22nd

Disney and Pixar tell a pretty good story with this one.  It should be entertaining for the kids.  I don't expect much from the movie, but with so few kid movies out there, this should be good enough.  My son says he wants to see it, so it must have something going for it.  My son has pretty good taste.

The Man Who Invented Christmas

 Nov. 22nd

A new spin on Dickens' A Christmas Carol, The Man Who Invented Christmas takes us behind the scenes of the writing of the legendary story.  It kind of reminds me of my writing process.  It looks like a good watch for Christmas.

Well, that's the first half of the holiday season at the movies.  I hope you found some titles that you like.
