Join us in the park for a FREE session of Qigong (pronounced CHEE-gung) led by Luis Sabos.

Qigong, like Tai Chi, is a form of martial arts that combines slow, deliberate movements(muscle control), meditation, and breathing exercises that can help your circulation, balance, and alignment.

As a low impact exercise, this class is suitable for all activity levels. No equipment or mats required.

You can register for the event online.
