As part of the Goliad County Library and Goliad Center for Texas History's 2019 lecture series, Hal Davis will discuss notorious women of Texas. Davis is a retired history teacher and long-time member of Texas State Historical Association and the Texas Folklore Society.

He currently serves as the Long Range Planning Committee chairman for the Goliad County Library and Goliad Center for Texas History. 

The 2019 lecture series is free and open to the public.
