Mr. and Mrs. Shane Rice, of Yoakum, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayli Jo Garber, to Keith Joseph Kubeczka, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kubeczka of Needville. Kayli is also the daughter of Danny Garber of Victoria. Kayli graduated from Yoakum High School in 2012 and went on to graduate from Victoria College in 2016. She is employed at Matagorda Regional Medical Center in Bay City, TX as a registered nurse. Kayli is currently enrolled at Texas Tech University where she is furthering her nursing education. Keith graduated from Needville High School in 2011 and went on to graduate from Wharton Junior College in 2015. Keith is employed at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in Sweeny, TX as a process operator. The couple will exchange vows on March 3, 2018 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Yoakum, TX.
