Mrs. Charles William Innocenti III of Victoria, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Leigh Innocenti, to John Scott Armstrong, son of Jessie Armstrong III and Keri Itz of Victoria. The bride to be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Innocenti Jr. and Mrs. Linda Spellacy of Victoria. The groom to be is the grandson of Mr. Jess Armstrong Jr. and the late Mrs. Janice Armstrong, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Itz, of Victoria. Ms. Innocenti is a 2010 graduate of St. Joseph High School, a 2019 graduate of Western Governors University, and works as a Lab Technician for OMG Solutions, LLC. Mr. Armstrong is a 2010 graduate of Memorial High School, and has worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for eight years. He is currently a Supervisor for Pegasus Optimization Managers, LLC. A Spring Wedding is planned for 2020.
