Every Halloween since 1980, we’ve been having Halloween family get-togethers. It’s an annual event with friends. We always try to dress to impress, and we can’t wait to see each other’s costumes. Usually, costumes are kept secret until Halloween night. Here I am this year dressing up as the Grinch.

My dad is 6 feet, 5 inches tall, and I am 5 feet, 9 inches tall, but he still gave me my graduation kiss just like he did when I started pre-K. He is my hero.
