Texas Mile Motor Festival to speed down Goliad runway

GOLIAD - The Texas Mile Motor Sports Festival will be held this weekend at the Goliad Industrial Airpark.
Spectator gate opens at 9 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Drivers will run until dusk on Friday and Saturday and until 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Spectator fees for a three-day weekend pass are $10 per person, while children 12 and under get in for free. Goliad County residents with license or identification are $5 per person.
Drivers will be competing with everything from Harley's to Hayabusa's and from Subaru's to Corvette's to Porsche's to Ferrari's. Spectators are allowed to visit with the competitors, see their cars and motorcycles up-close and watch the action speed down The Texas Mile. There are several competitors who will be entering the coveted 200 MPH Club.
SPEED T.V. will be at the event shooting an episode of SuperCars Exposed.
