Cuero High School senior to perform at Cuero Country Opry

CUERO - Cuero High School senior Justin Blain will make his Cuero Country Opry debut Thursday when he takes the stage with the Chisholm Trail Swing Band.

Blain is one of three singers scheduled to perform including Mary Dooley of Madisonville and Shalane from Latexo.

The Cuero Country Opry is held the third Thursday each month at the Cuero VFW Hall, U.S. Highway 183 N.

A dinner, catered by Werner's Restaurant of Shiner, begins at 5:30 p.m. with the show at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for the dinner and show and $5 for the show only.

The alcohol-free and smoke-free show is sponsored by the Pilot Club of Cuero.
