GOLIAD - Goliad County Commissioners have yet to discuss the Navy's formal bid to buy the airpark.
The Navy formally offered $2.3 million on Thursday to buy the airpark for training purposes.
"We did not get the proposal until it was too late to add to the agenda," said Harold Gleinser, Goliad County judge.
Gleinser said he's unsure if the commissioners will add the bid to the agenda, a process that first requires a commissioner's request.
"I haven't had a chance to talk to any of them about it," said Gleinser.
Commissioners in March voted 3 to 2 against selling the airpark to the Navy.
Since, the Navy considered buying airparks in Orange Grove, Beeville and Victoria, said Bob Torres, a Navy spokesman.
Goliad County Airpark offers the most operational advantages, Torres said.
