Driver cited for no license in 2- truck wreck

The driver of a truck that was struck from behind was ticketed Friday night for not having a driver's license.
The man, whose name was not released by Victoria police, was stopped at the intersection of Southwest Moody Street and Farm-to-Market Road 1685, when a black Dodge truck struck him from the rear. The brakes on the truck failed, Victoria Police Officer Joseph Felan said.
The driver of the front truck, a white Dodge, refused treatment as did the two occupants of the black truck, he said said.
