Today, this article is going to be very short because I don't have anything about which to write. I have heard of writer's block and now I have it.

I have been writing "Oceans for Emotions" for more than 25 years and this has never happened before. As soon as I write one article, I start thinking and praying for the next one. Today, nothing.

All week, I would think, "I could write about..." and nothing would come to me.

"I could write how ... I'd like to write about the time that ... I might write when ... Maybe write about where..." NOTHING!

It is like the Scripture says, "There is no remembrance of former things."

Now, I wonder how to cure, correct, or overcome this dreaded writer's block.

I know, I'll just quit sitting here wishing and get up and go fishing. I'll call it research.

Dear Lord, I need a cure. Go with me to see the sea and help me to listen as You speak. Help me to have faith that the sea has not dried up and you won't let me either.
