A driver was accused of leaving the scene of an accident Friday night that injured at least one person.
Victoria police responded to Delmar Drive and Avondale Street about 10 p.m. Friday after a black Ford Mustang struck a green Ford Mustang traveling southbound on Delmar Drive. Police identified the hit-and-run driver as Jason Reha, 33.
When the driver left the accident, a nearby Victoria police officer spotted his car driving without headlights, according to Victoria Police Lt. Mike Tatum.
No arrests or citations were immediately given, but Reha will be required to present his case to the district attorney at a later date for an accident involving personal injury.
Names of the injured parties were not available, but Tatum said they were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
