The Victoria Police Department continues to investigate the 9:25 p.m. shooting of a home Saturday that put 27-year-old Adriana Lopez in the hospital.
Lopez was standing in the kitchen of her home at the intersection of Harry and Northeast Water streets, when unknown persons shot 20 bullets through the front of the house. Lopez was shot in the back of the neck and sustained critical injuries. Police Detective Jeff Hobbs said they have no confirmed suspects in the case, and no arrests have been made.
Lopez was listed in stable condition at Citizens Medical Center on Monday night.
