Bloomington school district and Fromberg Associates Architects were presented awards for architectural excellence.
Each year, the Texas Association of School Administrators and the Texas Association of School Boards acknowledge excellence in the planning and design of Texas public school facilities.
Bloomington ISD and Fromberg Associates were recognized for distinction in the areas of process of planning and design in the 2011 TASA-TASB Exhibit of School Architecture Awards Program.
"The Bloomington School Additions are the culmination of a team effort involving the school board, district administration, school based personnel, the program manager, and the design team" said architect Randy Fromberg. "The result of this collaboration is an excellent educational environment for Bloomington ISD students and staff."
The Bloomington ISD project will be displayed at the 51st Annual TASA-TASB Convention in Austin, as well as showcased in many other educational conventions across Texas and the United States through May 2012.
