Christmas season just got better

Editor, the Advocate:
This morning, I awoke humming familiar, but newly-inspired arrangements, music and verse beautifully performed by Craig Hella Johnson and his Company of Voices in last night's Conspirare Christmas, presented by the Victoria Bach Festival. From the musical arrangements and crystal clear vocalizations, to the understated yet visually stunning presentation, I was awed, and several times choked with emotion, by this amazing gem in Victoria's cultural arts scene.
Having landed in Victoria just a little over a month ago, I have delighted in watching the decorations go up, not only in the Welder Center, where I work, but along Main Street, and surrounding neighborhoods. What can I say, I love celebrating the holidays, and attending Conspirare Christmas has just become my new holiday tradition.
Thank you, Craig Hella Johnson, the Company of Voices, Matt Alber, Mela Dailey, Thomas Burritt and The Victoria Bach Festival for a beautiful evening. I wish for everyone the opportunity to experience this concert.
After all, as Michael Hummel said in his introduction, it isn't Christmas in Victoria until Conspirare has performed.
