Two men were arrested Sunday morning after a report of shots fired in the 3600 block of North Navarro Street earlier that night.
Police responded to a report that shots were fired at 2:11 a.m. in the 3600 block of North Navarro Street.
Five people at the location were fired at and while no one was injured, a stray bullet struck a vehicle in the parking lot, according to the police report.
Witnesses said shots were fired by the passenger in a gray Toyota Tacoma pickup, which police later located in the 200 block of East Rio Grande Street.
Jeremy Atlis, 32, of Sedalia, Mo., and Antonio DeLeon III, 36, of Victoria, had been arguing with the victims at Cactus Canyon prior to the shooting, according to the police report.
Witnesses told the officer Atlis said "Get'm with that Nine," then they saw Atlis hand DeLeon the hand gun which he used to shoot at the victims.
Police found and secured the empty gun, a black Hi Point model C9 9mm Luger, in the console of the pickup.
Both Atlis and DeLeon were identified by witnesses from the scene, and were arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
DeLeon also faced a warrant charging him with driving while intoxicated.
