Thumbs-up to all the school coaches in our area that spend countless hours, days and months building our youth into better athletes and developing their character. Some folks are not aware that a tremendous amount of dedication is required. Thank you.

The Rev. E. Dale, Victoria

Thumbs up to the front page on the Pearl Harbor anniversary. This just touches my heart.

Kirk, Raisin

Thumbs-up: Today's paper was great. It was very enjoyable to read, and put a big smile on my face. "Ignore Black Friday in favor of family time" was wonderful, the statements were very enlightening, bringing to people's attention that holidays are becoming too involved with commercialism. "Attack energized America; Survivor recalls" and "Pearl Harbor survivors return to ships after death," were both very heart touching, and written very well. I'm hoping to read more articles on American pride and supporting our troops, past and present.

Brittanie, Victoria

Thumbs-up to the Victoria Bach Festival and its generous sponsors for once again bringing Conspirare Christmas to town. It was a gift. Thank you.
