Crime: Aggravated Robbery

Investigation shows that during the early morning hours of Feb. 9, two Hispanic men forced their way into a home in the 300 block of Indiana Street in Bloomington. The men were between 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed between 150 to 200 pounds, one of them was wearing a gray hooded sweat jacket.

Once inside the home, the suspects threatened to harm the 80-year-old resident if he did not open a gun safe that was inside one of the bedrooms. Once the gun safe was opened the suspects tied up the man and took two bolt action rifles, two shot guns and a large collection of uncirculated coins from the gun safe.
