KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) - A central Florida teen has been formally charged with fatally shooting a man during an Osceola High School graduation party last month.

Prosecutors say 17-year-old Joshua Harris was indicted this week on a single count of first-degree murder, three counts of attempted first-degree murder with a firearm and three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm causing great bodily harm. He is accused of killing 22-year-old Rashan Hasaun Ortiz and wounding three others.

Authorities say Harris opened fire with a 9 mm pistol June 5 during a graduation party with about 600 guests in north Kissimmee. Some residents blamed the killing on gang violence but police say Harris and Ortiz had been engaged in a long-running dispute.
