Rosales is charged with having oral sex with a child younger than 14 years of age and molesting other children less than 17 years of age.
The offenses occurred between March 2009 and March 2010, according to court records.
Rosales is represented by defense attorney Brent Dornburg.
The Victoria County District Attorney's Office will be prosecuting the case.
An interpreter will be in the courtroom to assist with translation.
The case is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. in Judge Robert Cheshire's courtroom.
