A Telferner man was found not guilty Wednesday of indecency with a child.
Arcenio Mendez Rosales, 36, was indicted in February on two counts of sexual contact/indecency with a child younger than 17 years of age.
The offenses, both of which are second-degree felonies, allegedly occurred in March 2010.
After deliberating for nearly four hours, a jury found Rosales, who was represented by defense attorney Brent Dornburg, not guilty on both counts.
Victoria County Assistant District Attorney Eli Garza prosecuted the case.
Judge Robert Cheshire presided over the trial.
