Debra Kathryn Tisdale, 53, is accused of aggravated assault in connection with stabbing her boyfriend, Rick Williamson, in the 100 block of Londonderry Drive.

He suffered lacerations to his left forearm.

The arresting officer, Michael S. Leet, responded to the call at 8:06 p.m. Friday.

According to the police report, the victim and suspect got into an argument. The 52-year-old victim reportedly punched Tisdale in the face. Tisdale allegedly responded by stabbing him with a fillet knife.

Both admitted to drinking alcohol.

Neighbors witnessed the altercation and confirmed the evidence to police.

Williamson walked across the street and waited in the parking lot of a business.

Tisdale told police she did not remember stabbing Williamson. She was arrested and taken to the Victoria County Sheriff's Office and placed in custody.

She was released after posting $50,000 bail on Saturday.
