Six patients were transported to Citizens Medical Center following a three-car wreck on Moody Street and Water Street reported at 1:23 p.m. Thursday.
All were treated and released, according to Citizens.
Beverly Wood, 33, of Victoria County, was traveling North on Moody and failed to stop at a red light, resulting in a collision with two other vehicles, according to Victoria Police Department Officer Z.D. DeLaRosa.
Jeremy Lopez, 39, of Victoria, entered the intersection heading east on Water in a gray Pontiac sedan when his light turned green, but slammed his brakes when he saw Wood approaching.
Wood swerved, catching the Pontiac's plates in the wheel well of her Honda CRV before colliding with a black Dodge truck heading west on Water, driven by Sysesha Johnson-Mead, 27, of Goliad.
Lopez and his passenger were uninjured, but Wood and the six passengers in the Dodge were transported to Citizens Medical Center.
Wood will be cited with failure to regard a stop and go signal, according to DeLaRosa.
