A weather-related accident resulted in two people being transported to the hospital Monday around 6 p.m. after a truck hydroplaned into another vehicle at the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Zac Lentz Parkway.

Victoria Police Officer Kelly Luther said the wreck included three trucks, each driven by one driver.

Dorothy Harwell, driving a blue Dodge 1500, was slowing for a stop at the light on Zac Lentz and Mockingbird when the truck slid into a white Chevrolet 1500 truck, which then struck a white Ford F-250, driven by Michael Trahan. The woman driving the Chevrolet truck was transported to Citizens Medical Center with unknown injuries. Her name was not available Monday.

Harwell was also transported to Citizens with unknown injuries.

No citations will be issued, Luther said.
