The entry to the James Moody Station Post Office, 2804 Sam Houston Drive, will return to the regular entrance beginning Tuesday afternoon.

The temporary two-way traffic entrance currently being used to the James Moody Station Post Office will be closed and rerouted back to the regular entrance, Postmaster Ken Epley said Monday.

The entrance will return to one-way traffic with all traffic entering at the post office's southeast driveway and all traffic exiting as one-way traffic at the regular exit at the post office's driveway near Monterrey Street.

Motorists are asked to obey all traffic signs as road construction continues on Sam Houston Drive in front of the post office.

"Postal services at this location have not been interrupted during this temporary change," Epley said, adding no post office customer service interruptions are expected during the completion of the road construction project.

"We regret any inconvenience this temporary change may cause our customers," he said.
