Benefit fish fry/auction/raffle for retired Judge Margaret Chatham:

Margaret has been a vital part of the community for more than 40 years. She was a judge for the city of Seadrift for 25 years. Margaret's health has been deteriorating since 2008. She was diagnosed with primary biliary chirrosis, an inherited and incurable disease. Help can come in the form of a liver transplant. She has been on the transplant list since 2009.

Any donations for the May 21 raffle or auction would be greatly appreciated by her and her family and friends. Please come join us at the Seadrift school. Raffle tickets will be $1 for one or six for $5.
