No one was injured in a wreck at the intersection of West North and Bridge streets about 5 p.m. Friday.

A Honda Civic driven by Scarlett Rivera, 17, of Port Lavaca, was eastbound on North Street and had stopped at a stop sign, Officer Joseph Felan, with the Victoria Police Department, said.

Rivera drove through the intersection and failed to yield to a Ford Explorer headed north on Bridge Street, Felan said.

Rivera, along with her 17-year-old passenger and the driver of the Explorer, Heather Job, 36, of Stephenville, did not report any injuries, Felan said.

All were wearing their seatbelts, and no citations were issued.
