The Victoria Economic Development Corp. has not spent any of the $100,000 recently allocated to it by the Victoria Sales Tax Board.
But it will soon be formulating a plan to educate the public and legislature on the bill proposing a change from University of Houston-Victoria to Texas A&M University.
The plan will include consultants and could include firms that use lobbyists, which is legal according to the city attorney.
