Best Coffee Shop: Starbucks

Crossroads residents seem obsessed with coffee - good coffee. We crave it in the morning, throughout the day and as a weekend treat.

Newspaper readers crave Starbucks coffee so much, they voted it the Best Coffee Shop two years running.

Part of the Starbucks experience involves the hand off from barista to customer.

"We make sure everything we do honors that connection - from our commitment to the highest quality coffee in the world, to the way we engage with our customers and communities to do business responsibly," the company says.

Whether it's tasty coffees from around the world, other handcrafted beverages or pastries and sandwiches, the international coffee shop seems to continue to win over customers with its products.

"We love being part of people's daily routines and look forward to continuing to serve and be part of the community in 2011," said Brian Case, a regional director.
