BHLDN opened a year ago in Houston's Highland Village off Westheimer near the Houston Galleria.
BHLDN is for the bride who wants to feel lovely on her big day and have a gown that won't be seen on anyone else. The dresses are available in store and online for Victoria brides.
The dresses have a casual elegance that are anything but cookie cutter. The gowns have an understated elegance to them with a vintage flare.
The bridal gowns look like they could have possibly been a reworked gown that belonged to your grandmother in a chic way.
Bridal and ready-to-wear gowns hit the runway at The Marque in Houston's CityCentre. Looks were paired with fabulous handbags and shoes from Houston designer Elaine Turner. Headpieces and jewelry were featured from designers that were made exclusively for BHLDN.
Benefits went to the charity Champions Kids Camp, and items from local business were auctioned to benefit the cause. The event was emceed by Emmy award winning anchor Mia Gradney, former KAVU anchor in Victoria.
You can shop BHLDN and Elaine Turner in Houston and online. In vicinity to Victoria, Elaine Turner's line can be purchased at Neiman Marcus in San Antonio or at the flagship boutique in Houston.
