The new resource library at the Devereux campus in Victoria has been dedicated to the late Marsha Shanklin, a former teacher and a founding member of Friends of Devereux.

After her death, the Marsha Shanklin Foundation was established in her honor to help fund projects that were close to her heart.

Devereux's Resource Library was made possible with a grant from the foundation, according to a news release from Devereux-Victoria.

Devereux is proud to keep the legacy of this astounding teacher alive through the Marsha Shanklin Resource Library, a center of reading on the Victoria campus, according to the news release.

As a teacher, volunteer and supporter, Shanklin's legacy lives on through the learning and human potential enhanced by this library, according to the news release.
