Jeff Harrison sent tape of his senior season to Texas A&M-Kingsville and he was invited to visit the campus.
Harrison liked what he saw, and the A&M-Kingsville coaches were impressed with him.
As a result, Harrison signed a letter of intent with the Javelinas late Wednesday afternoon.
"I liked the atmosphere of the campus and the facilities," Harrison said. "I have been to a game down there and it was tremendous."
Harrison played quarterback and kicked for the Bulldogs last season.
Harrison passed for 1,066 yards and nine touchdowns, and rushed for 398 yards and three touchdowns.
Harrision had a 33.9-yard punting average. He also kicked four field goals.
The Javelinas recruited Harrison as an athlete.
"I'm so happy I get to do this," Harrison said. "It was all about staying up in my grades and being thankful."
