Two people were injured in a wreck on North Navarro Street on Monday evening.

A green Chevrolet Malibu was stopped at a red light at about 5 p.m. in the center lane on Navarro Street near King Arthur Drive. Then a silver Toyota pickup, traveling in the same lane, struck the back of a black F-150 four-door pickup stopped behind the Malibu. The Ford truck then struck the rear of the Malibu, police said.

The woman in the green Malibu was transported to Citizens Medical Center for observation. A woman in the F-150 was transported to DeTar Hospital Navarro for observation.

A citation was given to the driver of the Ford for an invalid license, Officer Matt Luther said.
