After 10 seasons at the helm of St. Joseph's golf teams, coach Jack Lee has stepped down.

As coach of the Flyers and Lady Flyers, Lee helped both teams reach the TAPPS state tournament several times. The girls team was a mainstay at the TAPPS state golf tournament, and won a Class 5A title in 2006.

But after a decade at the helm, Lee said it was time for him to move on.

"I just have some things I want to do," he said.

That includes traveling. He said he bought a car recently and is planning a trip to New Mexico, as well as other places.

St. Joseph has not named a new golf coach.
