A call from a concerned resident led to a burglary arrest early Friday.
A Victoria resident called the police when they noticed suspicious activity near a restaurant in the 400 block of East Rio Grande Street about 1:45 a.m., said Sgt. Eline Moya.
When the police responded to the call, they found Jeremy Johnson, 22, of Victoria, hiding in the building.
Johnson was arrested and charged with felony burglary of a building, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Johnson is also a suspect in two other burglaries that were reported at that store in the past few days, Moya said.
