Calhoun County TEA Party holds candidates' forum

The Calhoun County TEA Party will host a federal candidate forum at 6 p.m. Friday at the Heritage Center, 2104 W. Austin St. in Port Lavaca.

U.S. Senate candidates expected to participate are Craig James, of Dallas; Ben Gambini, of Beaumont; and Lela Pittinger, of Dripping Springs.

U.S. Congressional District 27 candidates participating: Blake Farenthold, of Corpus Christi; Don Al Middlebrook, of Louise; and Trey Roberts, of Rockport.

Local and state elected officials and local candidates will be recognized, but will not be invited to participate.
