A driver was on her way to a community bazaar Saturday when she lost control and rolled her vehicle, officials said.

The driver, Lillian Obsta, suffered no critical injuries and refused to be taken to the hospital.

Obsta was traveling south in the 500 block of Lower Mission Valley Road about 9:30 a.m. when she drove off the side of the roadway, according to a Victoria County Sheriff's Office report.

Obsta, whose age was not available, overcorrected, crossed the road and into a ditch, where the 1995 white Crown Victoria rolled onto its top, the report said.

The one-vehicle accident occurred near the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 447.

Kim Obsta, arrived shortly afterward and took her mother-in-law away.

Victoria County Deputy Germanique Hernandez said she would not comment about the cause of the wreck.
