The Disabled American Veterans Outpatient Clinic will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday at 1908 N. Laurent St.
Veterans making the transition back to civilian life must overcome many obstacles, and the DAV provides programs that address their overall health and well-being. The DAV helps hundreds of thousands of veterans from all eras each year access available government benefits, and it funds rehabilitation and counseling programs, links veterans to job training programs and works to address homelessness. All the DAV services are free.
With the strength of 1.2 million members, the DAV represents the voices of ill and injured veterans before Congress.
For more information about Friday's clinic or the DAV, call Patrick Noonan, DAV supervisor, at 210-699-5064.
