Customer service served at Lunch & Learn Series

The topic of customer service continues the Lunch & Learn spring series from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday.
The session will offer helpful tips on evaluating customers and how businesses can use that data.
The series, hosted by Victoria College and Huvar's Artisan Market, is designed for busy professionals.
Participants will learn how their customer service currently stacks up and how businesses can build on even the sharpest of service policies. Those attending can also learn how to communicate, resolve complaints and foster winning traits in customer service.
Participants will be responsible for their own lunch, but there is no charge for the program. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to RSVP by calling 361-582-2528.
